It's beggining to look a lot like Christmas :)

Buna dimineata,
Am stat cuminte zilele astea , asteptand sa ma cuprinda magia Craciunului care bate la usa. Insa nu a fost un success.
Si tot asteptand eu asa, mi-am amintit un principiu pe care il indragesc mult : ,, good things come to those who act.’’

You must read this! Reminder for your life from Keanu Reeves

No glitz, no glam, just a slight glimmer of ‘ there’s gotta be more’ in his eyes.
His statement serves as a great reminder that today IS a gift and we can do anything and feel anything we want in the only moment that ever really, truly exists… which is right now.
Remember, when you’re living in your head, you are either agonizing over something that happened in the past or worrying about something that may or may not happen in the future. Back and forth we go in our minds. Worrying and regret make us feel like we are actively working to solve a problem, but in reality they hold us hostage from action (and happiness). Being present in the moment pulls you out of this draining thought cycle and allows you to actually enjoy your life. Maybe that’s why it feels so good to just stop and breathe. So take care to remind yourself that you are safe and secure, and that whatever you are doing in this moment is the only thing that matters.

30 Reminders that will make you celebrate today

As they say: ,,when life gives you lemons, ask for tequila too''. Do ask for that tequila, if you feel so , but first, let me give you some quick reminders. After this, you might as well ask for champagne.

In the rush of life, we often forget the stuff that keeps us rolling along when all we want to do is stop. Each of us copes differently but, from my experience, these little reminders have stood the test of time, offering me the wisdom I needed the most. Maybe they can offer the same for you: You can’t build anything without starting at the bottom. How you fuel the fire determines the quality and duration of its glow.Being afraid has a purpose; being brave has a bigger one.Being brave has nothing to do with not being afraid.Being brave almost always means that you are, in fact, afraid. The bigger picture is always made up of smaller ones. The truth sounds the same in a whisper as it does in a scream.Your definition of love is the only one that matters. The most profound learning …

Dreptul sa nu fiu OK

We live in a society that demands us to be optimistic, without telling us how to do that.
We live in a society in wich, if you allow yourself to feel blue and show your sadness, you're doomed, as if you have a contagious disease.

We live in a society in wich being ok and saying that you are ok are two different things.

But, I refuse to accept the fact that this society defines me and that it can impose it's own rules on me.
I refuse to lie to others and to myself.

I am demanding the right of not being ok.
I am demanding the right to show that I am down and cranky, if this is what I really feel.
I demand the right to show my true feelings.

I refuse to feel awkward when I'm not in the mood for socialization, for bad jokes and I prefer solitude instead of bad company.

Because there isn't always sunshine and I am not always in the ninth heaven.
And I need to be allowed to express what I really feel, no matter if this is pleasant or not for the others to see.

I demand to hav…

So, What's the Plan? 10 Ways to Finish this Year with a Smiling Heart

After a short national holiday , I woke up in the morning with the feeling that,,This is it! It is the last month of this year.Maybe I didn’t complet all my plans , but there is no need to run in circle now. All I have to do is to look back and be gratefull for what I’ve accomplished and start drafting new plans for the next year. But first of all, nowit is a great reminder to LET GO.

And since the New Year is just around the corner, which inspires many of us to refocus our energy and attention on the right things, I think it’s a perfect time right now to start letting go of the wrong things. Wouldn’t you agree?

So today, I am challenging myself and you to:

1. Let go of your temper. – Never do something permanently foolish just because you are temporarily upset.

2. Let go of grudges. – Life is far too short to be spent in bitterness and registering wrongs. If there’s someone in your life who deserves another chance, give it to them. If you need to apologize, do it. Give your story togethe…
